The MailLighter button doesn't appear in my Outlook ribbon
Try restarting Outlook. If it doesn't help, check your add-in is enabled in File → Options → Add-ins or Home → More apps → Get Add-ins.
The Full cleanup is removing things I want to keep
MailLighter preserves the 2 most recent replies by default. Use the Keep selection only feature to choose what to keep manually.
I deployed MailLighter via M365 Admin Center but users don't see it
Centralized deployment can take up to 24 hours to propagate. Users may need to restart Outlook once.
